Reviewers mention nail results most often, with praise for finished sets from some customers and complaints about lifting nails, uneven work and appointment waits from others.
What Tony's Nail offers

What customers say about Tony's Nail
Reviews are mixed. Of the five excerpts, one gives 5 stars, one gives 4 stars and three give 1 star. A 4-star review from 4 years ago says Toni did an awesome job on the reviewer's and their wife's nails, but adds that the place was not very clean and the equipment did not seem sterile.
The critical reviews are specific. One review from 11 months ago says a set of nails began lifting within days, with one nail falling off on Wednesday and others following over the next days, including the toes. One review from 7 months ago says an appointment made the night before led to a wait at 3:45 while Tony finished a pedicure and then did another customer's eyelashes, and the reviewer left. A review from 3 years ago says the nails came out uneven and not as requested when a different technician did them, although the same reviewer is usually happy with the result.

I’ve gone to this salon multiple times and usually I’m very happy with the end result but I hate the fact that I have to choose one person out of the full salon to do my nails because they’re the only person I know can do them right. I usually have the guy do it but I let the old woman do it for the first time today and my nails are not only uneven by didn’t get at all what I asked for. Throughout the whole process I repeatedly told her I wanted them shorter ,I wanted them pointier, and I wanted a shiny coat but I got none of them I was not only charge $50 for basic sets of nails but the woman repeatedly not listen to me throughout the whole exchange. Won’t ever go again, making me pay $50 for nails like this! I wanted the nailed attached bellow and go nails not even worth 25 dollars

Toni did awesome job on me and my wife nails I love them ❤️🔥 wish they would take better care of the place, not very clean or sterile with their equipment. Needs a deep cleaning BAD! Maybe some new equipment n future as well then keep up with the cleaning everyday ! Feel like the place would make so much more business If they just kept up with it !

Made an appointment the night before with Tony. I get there at 3:45 he's doing a pedicure so I wait then a girl sits at his table and he does her eyelashes! Waited for nothing! I got up and left! What's the idea of making an appointment?! I called as I was walking hone I called to complain to him. He says comeback. FOR WHAT! I'm done with this business. A 1 star is too much!
